PRESIDENT

Johnny Holiday,
B.S. Information Systems Management
M.A. Public Administration

I was elected President of Mt. Lebanon CDC in 2011. Prior to Mt. Lebanon CDC, I was Coordinator of the Medical Technologist Certificate Program at Washington Hospital Center, and the Minority and Women Owned Business Coordinator at Fannie Mae, Public Relations Officer at Morgan State University School of Engineering,. During my tenure at MSU, I aided in the establishment of a specialized engineering research center of excellence within the school of engineering thru a 14 million dollar grant from NASA. The center was used to produce a pool of engineering graduates equipped with research skills and knowledge of the systems engineering approach, prepared to enter the workforce.  A pipeline of minority students was created from Pre freshman thru PHD candidates.

I have a love for community, training neighborhood youth in home improvement skills working on my personal property. I have worked tirelessly mentoring neighborhood youth in workforce development, interviewing techniques, resume preparation, and job placement.

After surviving cancer in 2011 and other related health challenges, I have dedicated my life to giving back to the community where I spent more than forty years of my life. The needs of my community is affordable housing, workforce development, training, health and wellness.
